Aeroplan Days is an annual event that brings together over 300 employees from Aeroplan's three offices (Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver) to nurture the Aeroplan community and build engagement. It creates an opportunity for employees to interact outside of the office while fostering Aeroplan's culture through a variety of team building activities. Aeroplan Days have always taken on a variety of themes - we've been to camp and even travelled "across the pond" for a taste of British culture. This year's event is an extension of Aeroplan's ongoing commitment to working with its employees, partners and members to support our communities.

Although Aeroplan currently has several successful initiatives such as its external member donation programs (Beyond Miles and Charitable Pooling) and internal initiatives like Tangerine Community Days (which encourage employees to volunteer four hours of their paid work time twice a year) and Employee Engagement Experiences (that create opportunities for employees to travel around the world observing the work of our nine Beyond Miles partners), we feel that more can always be done to support local communities.

This year Kevin O'Brien (Aeroplan's Chief Commercial Officer) and Aeroplan employees want to expand our supporting communities commitment by leveraging the power of our collective group gathered in Montreal by asking employees to rise to the challenge of experiencing firsthand some situations with which homeless kids are faced.
